EVA's Microsoft Outlook link makes pre-registration of visitors easier!

With the Microsoft Outlook link you improve and speed up the process of pre-notifying visitors. You no longer need to log into EVA to make an advance notification, you can do this directly from Outlook! 

After you have sent the notification from Outlook, the pre-notification will be included in EVA.
